1. Training for the State required tests (CGFNS, TOEFL)
2. Translation, Legalization, and Evaluation of educational documents
3. Passing State required tests (CGFNS, TOEFL) in your home country
4. Obtaining "Visa Screen" certificate for Permanent Residence ("Green Card") petition
5. Executing Employment Contract with an American Health Care Company (Hospital, Agency, Nursing Home, etc.)
6. Filing Immigration petition (Labor Certification) with USCIS
7. Filing Immigration petition (Permanent Residence / Green Card) with USCIS for Nurse and her family
8. Interview for Permanent Residence (Green Card) at American Consulate in Nurse's home country
9. Moving to the USA
