Step 2 Downloading and filing out Application for SSA*

2.1 Nurse downloads Application from FCI Global website
(English or Russian language)
2.2 Nurse fills out Application form
(English or Russian language)
2.3 Nurse returns completed and signed Application to FCI Global:
(by mail, e-mail, or fax)
2.4 Nurse pays Registration fee of $150 to FCI Global:
(by credit/debit card; cashier check or money order, issued to FCI Global; wire money through Western Union; any other legal way)
2.5 Nurse gets the Registration conformation from FCI Global
(by mail, e-mail, or fax)
Step 3 Arranging an appointment with FCI Global Russia*

3.1 Nurse gets Invitation (phone call, e-mail or letter) from
FCI Global Russia in Moscow
3.2 Nurse arranges the time of the appointment
3.3 Nurse arrives to the appointment with the Registration conformation from FCI Global
Step 4 Signing "Agreement #4" between Nurse and FCI Global

4.1Nurse arrives for the appointment to the office of FCI Global Russia at:
Russia, Moscow 103050, Tverskaya street, building 25/9
4.2FCI Global Russia counselor on behalf of FCI Global presents and explains "Agreement #4" (Training, Immigration and Placement) between Nurse and FCI Global
4.3Nurse reserves the right within 7 days to get legal or other kind of advice from her own sources regarding "Agreement #4"
4.4Nurse signs and returns "Agreement#4" to FCI Global (in USA) or
FCI Global Russia (in Moscow)
4.5FCI Global Russia counselor schedules start day of SSA Program for Nurse
4.6Deposit is made to FCI Global in the amount of $1500:
(by credit/debit card; cashier check or money order, issued to FCI Global; wire money through Western Union; any other legal way)
Step 5 Multiple Training Program starts*

7.2Word by word filling CGFNS Qualifying Exam Application with a Counselor
7.3Conversion of Nurse's educational transcripts to the format required by CGFNS CES*
7.4Arranging documents to be attached with CGFNS Qualifying Exam Application
