Job Description

For Overseas Center Managers

Part I. Position Requirements

Educational requirements

  • Higher Education (Bachelors Degree) with a minimum of four (4) years of training course
  • Business Degree or MBA (preferable)
    all the educational credentials should be supported by Diplomas and transcripts issued by legitimate Educational Institutions(Universities, Business Schools) of Russia or former USSR
  • Resume with attached Letters of Recommendation

Experience requirements

  • 5 years of Management and Office work (a must)

English language proficiency requirements

  • Excellent English Language communicational skills (a must)
  • Proficiency in reading and writing
  • Fluency in spoken language (preferable)

Personal requirements

  • Punctuality
  • Diligence
  • Detail-concentration
  • Commitment
  • Be dressed in professional, proper attire (no jeans or gym-shoes)

Communicational Skills requirements

  • Excellent communicational skills
  • Ability to attract attention, induce interest
  • Ability to identify gaps in understanding of the subject and ask right questions
  • Ability to explain the subject in the most appropriate terms
  • Ability to stay calm in a provoking situation

Computer skills requirements

  • Good computer knowledge (Word; Excel; others +)
  • Good Internet knowledge

Flexibility requirements

  • Ability to work at least 10 hours per day
  • Ability to work six (6) days a week (except Sunday)
  • Ability to work six (6) months in a row without a break, personal days, and sick leaves etc.
  • Ability to work extra time if needed

Part II. Marketing and Recruiting

Meet with Prospective Qualified Candidates who seek for comprehensive Information regarding the SSA Program:

  • Directed to the Manager from FCI Global
  • Responders to the Advertising Campaign (callers; referrals)
  • Representatives of Perspective Qualified Clients, collecting Information on their behalf
  • Walk-in candidates

Evaluate the degree of willingness and readiness to enroll in the Program
Make a List of Perspective Clients:

  • Collect personal information (name; address; phone#)
  • Inquire professional education (Name of School of Nursing; it's location; year of graduation)
  • Inquire the convenient time to contact Perspective Client
  • If not ready to enroll, inquire of the reason

Thoroughly describe SSA to Perspective Clients

  • Have a plan of such description
  • Evaluate the degree of SSA understanding by Perspective Clients
  • Ask and answer question

Thoroughly explain the Agreement #4 to Perspective Clients

  • Make sure they comprehends all the information provided
  • Make sure they clearly understand it;
  • Give comments and answer questions

Witness Client's signing Agreement #4

  • Agreement #4 must be signed on MSTO premises
  • Have another person (MSTO worker) witness Client's signature
  • Do not let the Client sign the Agreement #4 away from MSTO premises

Place Advertising announcements on the Russian web-sites on the Internet

  • Conduct research of the web-sites choice
  • Obtain Advertising Material from FCI Global

Part III. Duties

Documentation Management for Clients and Training Staff

  • Collect all the necessary paperwork
  • Keep and update all the paperwork in a file folder
  • Keep all the file folders of one group separately
  • Keep on a daily basis the Attendance Sheet for Clients
  • Keep on a daily basis the Attendance Sheet for Training Staff
  • Submit all the reports of Attendance to FCI Global on a weekly basis
  • Submit all the requested paperwork to FCI Global as directed
  • Keep all Confidential Information containing documents (Agreements; Applications; Clients' Goodwill etc.) in a safe, inaccessible for public place
  • Help in preparation of Application for TOEFL test
  • Help in preparation of Visa Screen Application under supervision of FCI Global

Money Matters

  • Timely collect all the SSA related fees and payments from Clients
  • Transfer the collected funds to FCI Global bank account in the USA as appointed
  • Fax the receipt of each and every such transfer to FCI Global same day
  • Issue receipts to Clients for any fee/payment submission

Educational Base Management

  • Supervision of the Training Staff compliance with the Schedule
  • Follow up with Clients who do not attend classes for more than a week
  • Maintain all the Educational electronic means (computers, printers, audio and video systems etc.) properly working and accessible at all times
  • Maintain the premises clean fresh and convenient for studies
  • Maintain the inventory (office supplies; printing paper; etc.) in place and ready
  • Maintain class room inventory (black-board; chalk; duster; desks; chairs) in place
  • Keep hot coffee, tea, candies and crackers available for the break time

Part IV. Communication with FCI Global

Regular basis communication

  • Cell Phone possession (a must)
  • Conducting phone conferences with FCI Global on a daily basis; (availability 4:00pm - 5:00pm Moscow time - a must)
  • Notify via e-mail of a need of an unscheduled phone conference (date and time)

Emergency basis communication

  • Any emergency situation should be reported to FCI Global immediately
  • Cell phone numbers of FCI Global President and SSA Director should be at the Onsite Manager's disposal at all times (24 / 7)
  • Any injuries sustained by a Client on MSTO premises
  • Any complains or legal actions against FCI Global, MSTO, or any related party
  • Withdrawal of a Client from SSA
